"Vilanova by Check-in Portugal" House with 5 bedrooms for 12 people located in the Vilanova Condominium in Oura, 50m from the famous "Oura Street"
The swimming pool belongs to the condominium which currently has no administration, so we are not responsible for the quality of its maintenance, however it has been functioning and used by the inhabitants of this condominium.
Oura beach is only 900 metres away.
The house has 5 bedrooms, all on the ground floor.
2 Bedrooms both with twin beds and access to the terrace
1 Spacious room with 2 twin beds and 1 double bed
2 Bedrooms at the back of the house, both with double beds and access to the inner courtyard
The house has 2 bathrooms and a service toilet. The 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor, one is equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
On the upper floor is the service toilet, between the kitchen and living room
The living room is spacious and has a fireplace and access to a balcony equipped with a large table for outdoor meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, citrus juicer, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils for preparing meals.
From the kitchen, access to a large terrace, equipped with a large table and armchairs to relax.
The house is suitable for groups of friends as it is located next to Oura Street with bars, discos and a good variety of restaurants.
The house is equipped with Air Conditioning and WiFi.
It also has public outdoor parking in front of the house.
