LOCATION: Located just 3 km from the stunning sandy beaches, such as Peneco Beach and Fishermen's Beach, this villa is conveniently close to popular restaurants, like Catraio and Fisherman's Tavern.
EXTERIOR: Spacious garden with a private swimming pool, a spacious 50 m² terrace and a barbecue for outdoor meals.
ENTERTAINMENT AND LEISURE: near attractions such as the Zoomarine amusement park and the Salgados Golf Course.
PARKING: With outdoor parking available in the same building.

According to the municipal regulation, each guest shall pay a tourist tax of two euros between 01 April and 31 October and will be charged up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests aged 13 years or older. The tourist tax amount is not included in the reservation value.

We felt the distance to the bins was a problem, and having only one fob for the gate made life difficult for us. Some signage with the name of the villa is needed for taxis/deliveries. We also felt the downstairs area access through the garden is notsee more
We felt the distance to the bins was a problem, and having only one fob for the gate made life difficult for us. Some signage with the name of the villa is needed for taxis/deliveries. We also felt the downstairs area access through the garden is not suitable for children or those with mobility issues and there should be access via the main villa. Showers need descaling.
