LAUNDRY ROOM
Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a laundry room equipped with a large fridge and a washing machine. This area also offers access to a covered barbecue area, ideal for cooking and dining outdoors.
PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
The property features a spacious enclosed private swimming pool, with dimensions of 10m by 5m, perfect for refreshing and enjoying the hot Algarve climate.

The beautiful sandy beaches, such as "Praia da Oura" and "Praia dos Pescadores," are 2km away, while "Praia de Arrifes" is 4km away. Other nearby amenities include the Albufeira bus terminal (4km), the Balaia Golfe Village golf course (5km), the Ferreiras - Albufeira train station (6km) and the Salgados golf course (10km).
