The 500 m² plot offers a charming outdoor space, with a pleasant garden and a private, heatable saltwater swimming pool (8x4m), ideal for relaxing moments at any time of the year. The pool area is fenced for greater family safety. For barbecue lovers, the house has a perfect charcoal barbecue for outdoor meals on the covered terrace, which is strategically located next to the pool and with direct access to the dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, juicer and combined fridge, providing total convenience to prepare your favourite meals.
