ROOMS: 2 rooms in open space, 1 with a double bed and bathroom, the other with 2 single beds on the ground floor, on the 1st floor there is 1 suite room and 2 rooms that are together, 1 with a double bed and another with bunk beds.
ROOM: Spacious and roomy with living area and dining area with access to the terrace. Internet access (wifi), air conditioning.
BATHROOMS: On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom with a shower next to the master bedroom and 1 service bathroom. On the 1st floor there is 1 en-suite bathroom and 1 shared bathroom, both with showers.
KITCHEN: Independent and fully equipped.
EXTERIOR: It has generous outdoor areas with two swimming pools and leisure areas with ping-pong and snooker. It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue.
PARKING: Private outdoor parking in the same building.
It is just 3 km from the city of Quarteira and 4 km from Vilamoura with access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars.
The beach of Quarteira is just 4 Km from the property and Vilamoura Beach is 5 Km away.
Located 1 km from the Sunflower Valley restaurant and 2 km from the Farmer's Retreat restaurant.
2 km away you can enjoy the Vila Sol Golf Course, and 4 km away the Aquashow water park.

No access via the front door, only through a side patio door.
Villa is looking worn and tired, water stains in the toilets, yellowing in the fridge, what looks to be bedroom drawer units in the kitchen.

Villa is looking worn and tired, water stains in the toilets, yellowing in the fridge, what looks to be bedroom drawer units in the kitchen. no path to access villa from parking area which means that when the sprinklers go off you are always walking through wet grass to get to the villa. Pools looking tired with lots of missing tiles. Description should say that it is very rural, the road does not really even appear on maps, we had to walk all the way to the main road to be able to get taxi's. For a villa that sleeps 10 one set of keys is not enough Towles & Linen poor quality |

Frigorífico velho improvisado. Segurança da casa.
