This semi-detached house, located in a gated community, offers the ideal setting for a peaceful holiday in Vilamoura. With 2 bedrooms (both en-suite) and air conditioning, it can accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for family groups or friends. Located 2 km from the stunning Marina Beach, the house provides easy access to Vilamoura's coastal beauty.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE VILLAGE:
Gated Community and Shared Swimming Pool: Located in a condominium, the villa features 2 shared swimming pools, providing relaxing moments in a beautiful and exotic environment. The pools are strategically positioned to ensure a peaceful stay.
Comfortable Accommodations: With 2 en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and direct access to a balcony, and another with two single beds, as well as two small rooms in the attic, this villa offers comfortable accommodation for all guests.
Well-Equipped Bathrooms: With a total of 4 bathrooms, including 2 with shower and 2 with bathtub, providing comfort and convenience.
Pleasant Coexistence Space: The living/dining room is welcoming, with direct access to the covered terrace. Equipped with satellite TV and DVD player.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and functional, with dining area. Equipped with electric oven, electric and gas hob, built-in grill, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, hand blender, electric knife, portable electric grill, filter coffee machine, ironing board and iron.
Covered Furnished Terrace: The covered terrace is a charming space, with 2 sun loungers, a dining table with 6 wicker chairs and a portable barbecue (Weber), providing opportunities for outdoor meals and relaxation.
Air Conditioning and Parking: With air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and in the living room, the house ensures comfort in all seasons. Parking is available for greater convenience.
Swimming Pools and Exotic Garden: Beyond the large common pool, there is a pool dedicated to the youngest. The exotic garden, adorned with palm trees and a water cascade, offers a serene atmosphere and a wide lawn area.

The tourist tax amount is not included in the reservation value.
