FAQ

After clicking on the ‘Book’ button, you will be redirected to a web page with the price details. At the end, next to the total price of the booking, there is a field where you can enter and apply the promotional code.

Check-in is available from 5 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 10 a.m. In some situations, it is possible to check in early or check out late. To do so, please contact us the day before your arrival or departure so that we can check availability. This possibility depends on whether there are other reservations close to yours, as well as the cleaning, inspection and maintenance teams’ schedule for that day.

Up to 31 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your booking free of charge and receive a full refund of the amounts paid. Within this same period, you can also change the dates of your stay without penalty. However, depending on the new dates chosen, there may be a difference in price, resulting in a refund or additional payment.

Less than 30 days before arrival, no refunds or changes to the booking dates will be possible.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers*.

*For last-minute bookings, bank transfers must be made immediately.

The deposit amount varies depending on the property booked, so please check the amount on the respective property page.
We use a deposit management platform that only pre-authorises your credit card for an amount that expires 7 days after check-out. No amount will be charged or blocked.

Good to know

To make your stay even more memorable, we can prepare a basket of food and drinks of your choice so that everything is ready when you check in. This service must be requested in advance and is available for an additional fee.

All our properties have a digital guide that will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. The Guide contains practical information about the house, such as how to use the appliances and the location of the rubbish bins. But the guide goes much further than that: it also includes recommendations for places to visit, restaurant suggestions, discounts on boat trips, tips on getting around Albufeira and much more — all designed to make your stay even more complete and enjoyable.

We have an emergency hotline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just a phone call away, you can request immediate assistance for any emergency that arises on the property, ensuring a quick and effective response.
