Check-in Portugal has been active in tourist rentals since 1998.
Our goal is to maximise the profitability of your property through short-term rentals, with our multidisciplinary team able to provide assistance at all stages of the business.
The experience gained over more than 20 years in the sector has culminated in the creation of a stress-free solution for our owners, where we manage and provide all the services involved in short-term rentals.
We would like to point out that Check-in Portugal is a local company with its own infrastructure in Albufeira, enabling it to respond immediately and effectively to requests involving the management of properties for local accommodation.
We do not resort to outsourcing, we have permanent teams with low turnover rates, preserving the company’s image and intellectual capital. It is important for us to ensure the quality of the service we provide to our guests and, consequently, to our owners, whether in terms of the profitability of the properties under our management or the preservation and continuous improvement of their assets.

The amount you will receive will be 70% of the value of each booking after deduction of OTA commissions.
The Check-in Portugal Commission is 30%.

We offer a guaranteed amount paid monthly and a variable amount corresponding to 65% of the value of each booking after deduction of OTA commissions.
The commission for Check-in Portugal is 35%.

We guarantee you a fixed price per contract.
Payments are made monthly throughout the contract period.
